# I made a swap but the funds haven’t arrived. When can I expect them?

We use several different swap routes so it is not abnormal for your swap to take some time to complete. More traffic generally = longer wait times. Cross chain swaps tend to take longer as well.

Ex: An ETH\_USDC to ETH swap (same chain) will complete faster than an ETH to BTC swap (cross chain).
