# Basic Browser Wallet Troubleshooting

-Make sure connected wallet is up to date

-Trying different browsers

-Consider disabling your ad-blocker if you have one

-Turn VPN on/off

-Try incognito mode on browser

-Make sure no other dapps is connected/selected in your wallet
